Check-in at Hotel Saint London begins at 3:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Rooms secured with a credit/debit card or prepaid booking are held until 11:59 PM on arrival day. Non-secured reservations are held until 4:00 PM unless a late arrival has been arranged.

Yes – both are available on request, subject to hotel availability.

Our policy depends on the rate you book:

Flexible Rates:

  • Cancel free of charge until 4:00 PM local time the day before arrival.

  • Late cancellations or no-shows are charged one night’s stay to the card on file.

Prepaid (Non-Refundable) Rates:

  • Full payment is taken at booking.

  • Non-refundable and non-changeable.

Generally, full payment for your accommodation is collected at the time of check-in, not in advance. However, some specific rates, like prepaid rates, do require full payment at the time of booking and are non-refundable.

 

Understanding Payment During Your Stay

 

Here’s a breakdown of our payment process for your convenience:

 

Payment at Check-in:

  • We’ll collect payment for your room rate, VAT, and any service charges.
  • We’ll also take a pre-authorization on your credit or debit card for anticipated incidental charges (like minibar or room service) for your entire stay.
  • Alternatively, we may accept a deposit for incidentals via other valid payment methods, including cash or cheque.

 

During Your Stay (Incidentals):

  • Our system calculates incidental charges daily.
  • If your incidentals exceed the initial authorization, we’ll automatically request further authorization. If this isn’t available, we might ask for another payment method or a deposit, or we may need to restrict room access.

 

Payment at Check-out:

  • All outstanding charges must be paid in full upon check-out.
  • If your outstanding charges are less than the incidental authorization, the unutilized amount will be released back to your card. Please note that the time it takes for your bank to process this release can vary.
  • For stays of multiple nights, we may ask you to settle outstanding charges more frequently throughout your visit.

Yes, complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel, including all rooms, suites, meeting spaces, and public areas.

We welcome guide dogs and service animals at no extra cost. Please inform us in advance to ensure we’re ready for your arrival.

Heathrow Airport (LHR):

  • Driving: The drive usually takes about 1 hour and 15 minutes.
  • Public Transport: You can take the Heathrow Express train to Paddington Station. From there, connect to the Circle Line tube, which goes directly to Aldgate Tube Station, right next to the hotel. This journey takes approximately 57 minutes. Alternatively, the Elizabeth Line offers direct service from Heathrow to Liverpool Street Station, which is a 10-minute walk from Hotel Saint and provides quick access to the West End.

 

Gatwick Airport (LGW):

  • Public Transport: Take the Gatwick Express train to Victoria Station. From Victoria, the Circle Line tube runs directly to Aldgate Station, which is adjacent to Hotel Saint.
