We’re pleased to offer a variety of special offers and packages.

Unless otherwise stated on the booking confirmation, guests may check-in at any time from 15:00 hours (3:00 PM) local time on the scheduled day of arrival. All rooms that have been secured by credit/debit card or prepaid at the time of booking will be held until 23:59 hours local time on the scheduled day of arrival unless otherwise agreed directly with the Hotel. Any non-secured reservation will be held until 16:00 hours local time on the day of arrival, at which time we will be entitled to re-let the room, unless the guest has notified the hotel of a late arrival.

On the day of departure, we kindly ask all guests to vacate their rooms by 11:00 hours (11:00 AM), unless a later departure is stated as part of your booking.

Early check-in (prior to 3:00 PM) can be requested and is subject to availability. In order to guarantee early check-in please reserve the room for the night prior to your arrival.

Late check-out after 11:00 hours (11:00 AM) can be requested subject to availability and will be charged at a fixed rate at the discretion of the hotel.

The cancellation policy varies according to the rate that is booked. Please refer to the individual full rate descriptions given at booking. Rates marked as “Flexible” are cancellable without charge up to 16:00 hours local time on the day prior to your arrival. Cancellation and non-arrival charges apply after the relevant time and will be charged to the credit/debit card supplied at the time of booking. We reserve the right to charge for one night’s accommodation per room booked if the above cancellation requirements are not met. For any prepaid rates, we require full prepayment for the entire stay at the time of the booking and this is non-refundable and the booking non-changeable. Prepayment is charged to the credit/debit card supplied at the time of the booking. Cancellation or non-arrival will result in the forfeiture of the prepayment.

We accept the following methods of payment:
(a) credit cards: American Express, Visa, MasterCard
(b) debit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Maestro
(c) all of the above via Apple Pay

At the time of check-in, we will collect payment for the accommodation charges (room rate, VAT and any service charge) and take authorisation for any anticipated incidentals for the duration of your stay against your credit/debit card. We may also choose to accept a deposit in place of a payment card authorisation by another valid form of payment, including cash or cheque.

During your stay the Hotel’s system will calculate the incidentals charged to your room on a daily basis. If the cost of those incidentals exceeds the authorisation taken on check-in, further authorisation will automatically be requested and if such authorisation is not available, we may request another method of settlement or a deposit to be provided, failing which we reserve the right to restrict access to your room.

All outstanding charges must be paid for in full on check-out from the Hotel. If the outstanding charges do not exceed the authorisation taken on check-in, the authorisation for the amount not utilised will be released, however, we cannot control how long it takes for your bank to affect such release. If staying for multiple nights at the Hotel we may require you to make payment for any outstanding charges on a more frequent basis during your stay.

Free high-speed Wi-Fi is available in all rooms and public areas of the Hotel.

Guide dogs and service animals are welcomed in the hotel without charge. Please advise the hotel directly in advance.

We’re located adjacent to Aldgate underground station. The hotel is a short walk from the City of London-Shoreditch-Spitalfields and Borough markets and the Tower of London and River Thames are a 10-minute walk away.

  • Circle line runs direct to Victoria Station for the Gatwick Express train to Gatwick Airport and Liverpool Street train station
  • 10-minute walk for Elizabeth line to West End and Heathrow Airport
  • Tower Gateway Station: 10-minute walk for trains to Excel Convention Centre and London City Airport

Hotel Saint is a 22-minute drive from the London City Airport or take the DLR to Tower Gateway (31 minutes).

From Heathrow Airport, drive 1 hour and 15 minutes. You can also take the Heathrow Express to Paddington Station, then the Circle Line to Aldgate Tube station (57 minutes). We’re right next door.

Airport transportation is not offered at Hotel Saint but we are conveniently located next to the Aldgate underground station, which will connect you to trains to both London City Airport and Heathrow Airport.

The hotel is located in the heart of the City of London’s financial district. Surrounded by skyscrapers and historical office buildings the list of companies based in this area is too numerous to list (please see Reference Points). Most banks and insurance companies can be found residing in this location.

The Bank of England, Lloyds of London, Leadenhall Building, The Gherkin (30 St Mary Axe) are all just a 10-minute walk from the hotel.

Hotel Saint is on the doorstep of London and Shoreditch, at the crossroads of some of the city’s most vibrant and historic neighbourhoods. Within walking distance you’ll find a wealth of attractions such as the Tower of London, St. Paul’s Cathedral, and Borough Market, to name a few.

We’re also steps away from Aldgate underground station and unrivalled transport connnections that will take you wherever you desire.

There is a 24-hour gym, located on the first floor overlooking Aldgate High Street.

The hotel does not have any spa facilities on-site, but our guest relations team will be happy to assist you in finding local spa facilities.

VQ, located on the ground floor, leads the way in all-day dining offering the very best of modern British cuisine.

Full breakfast is available in the main hotel restaurant and is charged at GBP 15.00 per person per day unless you book a breakfast-inclusive rate. Children under 5 eat free and children under 12 are 50 percent of the adult fee, GBP 7.50 per child per day.

Room service is not available but there is a restaurant on-site, VQ, located on the ground floor.

The hotel does not currently have suitable space to accommodate weddings however we are able to provide accommodation for your wedding party and guests so please do not hesitate to contact us directly for a special rate for your guests

The hotel has four meeting rooms fully equipped with the latest multimedia technology and wireless internet connectivity. There is added functionality of combining rooms to fit larger capacities, all meeting rooms have the flexibility to be set up in many different styles to cater to every guest’s needs with service to match. We can accommodate 40 guests theatre style or 20 guests boardroom style. Our facilities are suitable for private meetings, presentations and private dining.
